IPC-A-610 Class 3
We build to Class 3, the highest acceptance class of IPC-A-610, used for high-reliability electronics where downtime is not acceptable. Every SMT line runs inline SPI and AOI, so 100% of boards are inspected, not a sample.
Serial traceability, station by station
Our production system records every serialized unit at every station and links it to its work order in our ERP. For any unit, we can show where, when and how it was built.
